What We Offer
The Nava Center therapists are clinical professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and counselors, who are all extensively trained in trauma related interventions. We meet our clients where they are and help get them where they want to go.
The Nava Center completes an intake to help determine the best treatment modality and intervention. We offer individual and group therapy.
We provide trauma-informed and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individual therapy including:
Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
Prolonged Exposure (PE)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Cost for services
The Nava Center uses a household income based, sliding scale and accepts Quest Behavioral Health insurance. This means we take into account how much money your household makes and how many people it supports. This helps to ensure that everyone able to afford their treatment. At this time, we are not accepting other insurances but will provide documentation for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.
Donations made to The Nava Center help defray the costs of therapy for those who are unable to pay for psychotherapy. We will never turn anyone away.
